Led by singer/songwriter Ashley Albert, the Jimmies released one of 2007's best children's music albums. The songs are beautifully produced and mostly entertaining, and the Jimmies skate easily through several genres a la the Backyardigans -- one minute Albert tries a Jamaican patois (on "Huptsha Huptsha"), the next she's emulating Chicago blues. Little listeners definitely won't get bored with this one.
