This weekend we took the girls to the Kansas City Jiggle Jam, a two-day festival of kids' music (that's music for kids, not music by kids). We were excited to go this year because one of our favorite kid rock bands, The Jimmies, performed. Even better, a few days before the concert Ashley, the lead singer and mastermind behind The Jimmies, posted on Twitter that she had some tickets to Jiggle Jam and wondered whether anyone in the area would like them. I replied, and she sent them to us! Further proof that The Jimmies are an awesome band. :)
